I am / have been so very impressed with the work ethic shown by Leigh in the four days that he has been at my property repairing the blocked drainage and broken pipes. I am recently retired and have not seen before in my working life a superior work ethic from a trades person. This was the first time I have contacted the 'person in charge' to compliment one of his employees and is an indication of how impressed I was.

Leigh works very hard from the beginning of the day to the end. He appears to have justifiable pride in the quality of work achieved. I particularly also admire his ability to explain very clearly the problems encountered and he 'sounds me out' on possible desirable solutions. I am continually kept in formed of the progress. My brother 'dropped in' on one such occasion late this afternoon when Leigh was 'going through' with me how the final stages of the works would be completed. My brother remarked to me when we went inside the exact same comments. My over all feeling was that his employer would have absolute confidence in the quality of work Leigh achieved and would have minimal need for supervision. Further, I am sure Leigh would also keep his employer informed and seek advice.

Rob also joined Leigh during the day and Rob also demonstrated very similar 'hard work' characteristics. They worked extremely well together.
